When setting up Item Tracking Codes, there are some additional Orion specific options. You can add these options to the Item Tracking Code and they will follow through the item tracking records of the item entries for traceability, from initial in-entry to sale.
Search for Item Tracking Codes and on the relevant Item Tracking Code Card, scroll to the Orion Tracking options.
Size Grade Tracking - After setting up size grades for an item, you can specify (for items using this tracking code) whether or not a size grade is required, whether it should be added to the document line, or added to the item tracking lines.
Quality Grade Tracking - After setting up quality grades for an item, you can specify (for items using this tracking code) whether or not a quality grade is required, whether it should be added to the document line, or added to the item tracking lines.
Production Date Tracking - if this is toggled to on, then a Production Date will be required for posting any lines for an item with this tracking code assigned. The Production Date will default in as the user's workdate.
External Lot Tracking - if this is toggled to on, then a External Lot will be required for posting any lines for an item with this tracking code assigned. The External Lot, once posted, will be added to the External Lot Master list.
Please note - Once an entries have been posted to the Item Tracking Code, these options cannot be changed.
